How To Join OLD SERVERS in Grow A Garden (Roblox Server Glitch Method)

Introduction

In this video, I’m going to show you how to join old servers in Grow a Garden, including the only two methods that currently work.

Most players try outdated or patched methods and get stuck joining fresh servers every time. If you’re specifically trying to access older server instances, this guide will walk you through the exact process step by step.

I don’t condone exploiting or hacking — this video strictly covers server discovery and joining methods that are publicly accessible.

Why Players Want Old Servers

Players usually try to join old servers for one of two reasons:

  • Accessing older event states
  • Attempting specific legacy interactions that no longer occur in new servers

Older servers can behave differently due to server uptime, cached states, or delayed resets, which is why they’re so sought after.

---

Method 1: Using RoPro (Paid Chrome Extension)

The most consistent way to join old servers is by using RoPro, a Chrome extension for Roblox.

How This Method Works

RoPro adds advanced server filters to Roblox, including:

  • Smallest player count
  • Available slots
  • Oldest servers (premium feature)

The Oldest Servers filter is what allows you to target long-running server instances.

Steps to Use RoPro

  1. Install the RoPro Chrome extension
  2. Open Roblox and navigate to Grow a Garden
  3. Click the Servers tab
  4. Use RoPro’s server filters
  5. Select Oldest Servers
  6. Join servers until one successfully loads

Important Notes

  • The Oldest Servers filter requires a paid plan
  • The cheapest plan is sufficient
  • Servers may still be full — retry multiple times

This method is reliable but only worth it if you specifically need repeated access to old servers.

---

Method 2: Using Old Server IDs (Free Method)

The second method does not require payment, but it requires more manual effort.

This method relies on server IDs shared by other players who actively find old server instances.

---

How the Server ID Method Works

Each Roblox server has a unique instance ID. If you join using that ID directly, Roblox will attempt to place you into that specific server.

Step-by-Step Process

  1. Obtain an old server ID from a public source
  2. Copy the server ID
  3. Open a browser tab with a Roblox server join URL
  4. Replace the server ID in the URL with the copied one
  5. Press Enter and attempt to join

If the server:

  • Is still active
  • Has an open slot

You will join successfully.

Where Players Find Old Server IDs

Some communities actively track and share old server IDs.

These sources:

  • Regularly publish updated IDs
  • Include proof screenshots
  • Rotate servers frequently

Be cautious when interacting with third-party communities and never download files or run executables.

---

Why This Method Is Inconsistent

Old servers often:

  • Fill up quickly
  • Shut down unexpectedly
  • Reject join attempts

It’s normal to fail multiple times before joining successfully.

Persistence matters more than speed.

Final Notes

There are currently only two viable ways to join old servers in Grow a Garden:

  • RoPro’s Oldest Server filter
  • Manual server ID joining

Anything else claiming to work is either patched or fake.
